Activating Cards


How do I activate my cards?

To activate a card, follow these simple steps:

  • If you haven’t already done so, Sign Up for a username and password on bellasara.com
  • Use your username and password to Log In to bellasara.com
  • Click the “Enter Codes” button on the upper right of the screen.
  • Enter your code in the Activation Wizard and click the arrow.
  • Once your code is accepted, you will be awarded your horseshoes and your horse will be added to your stables. If you have activated a non-horse card the object pictured on the card will be placed in your “My Things” treasure chest and can then be used to decorate your cottage.

What is an activation or secret code?

An activation code (also known as a secret code) is a set of 10, 12 or 14 letters and numbers at the bottom of a Bella Sara card, a bonus code that may be enclosed with a Bella Sara product, a pass-along code that appears on the Bella Sara website, in a magazine or was given to you by a friend.

If your card has a 12-digit activation code, remember that there are no ones or zeros in the code, if it looks like the number one, it is really the capital letter I or if it looks like the number zero it is really a capital letter O.

Are activation codes case sensitive?

No. The codes are not case sensitive.

Why can't I activate my card?

Make sure that the card has not already been activated either by you or someone else you may have traded with and make sure you typed the code in correctly. If the code you are trying to activate is one that you found on an online, and is not a pass-along code, chances are that the code has already been activated and may not be activated again.

If you're sure you followed the directions properly and your card still won't activate, please email Customer Care and include the following details:

  • Your user name
  • The email address that you listed on your account
  • The activation code you are trying to use
  • The name of the Bella Sara card you are attempting to activate

When I tried to activate my card, I got the message that it had already been activated but it’s brand new! What do I do now?

Don’t worry! If you have followed all of the steps above but still got the message that the card had already been activated email our Customer Care Department and we will check to make sure it is a clean code. If it is, we will fix the problem for you! Please include the following details:

  • Your user name
  • The email address that you listed on your account
  • The activation code you are trying to use
  • The name of the Bella Sara card you are attempting to activate

When I tried to activate my horse, I got a different horse! What do I do now?

No need to fret! We want to make sure you get the right horse in your stall. If you get a different horse than you expected, please email Customer Care

  • Your user name
  • The name of the horse you are trying to activate
  • The activation code you are using
  • The horse that you received.

We will make sure you have the right horse in your stall, and you can keep the other horse too!

Can I deactivate a card?

No. Bella Sara trading cards may only be activated once. It is not possible to deactivate a card; even a duplicate card since duplicate cards still adds horseshoes to your account balance and awards to your album.

Can I move a card from one account to another?

No. Again, Bella Sara trading cards may only be activated once. If you have multiple accounts, we can merge those accounts together for you but we cannot move cards from one account to another.
