CARD ACTIVATION

What is an activation code?
An activation code is a set of 10 letters and numbers at the bottom of each Bella Sara card. If you go to www.bellasara.com and type a horse card's activation code in the box that says "activate card code," you can put that horse in your own stable and play with it online.

Are activation codes case sensitive?
No. The codes are not case sensitive.

Can I use the code more than once?
No, activation code can only be used one time. They are your unique to that card and that card alone.

Why can't I activate my card?
Please make sure you typed the code in correctly. If you're sure you followed the directions properly and your card still won't activate, please send us an email at customerservice@hiddencitygames.com. Include the following details:

• The activation code you are trying to use
• The name of the Bella Sara card you got the activation code from

HORSE PROBLEMS

When I tried to activate my horse, I got a different horse! What do I do now?
We want to make sure you get the right horse in your stall. If you get a different horse than you expected, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@hiddencitygames.com. Include the following details:

• Your user name
• The name of the horse you are trying to activate
• The activation code you are using

We will give you a new code for the right horse, and you can keep the other horse too!

CURRENT KNOWN PROBLEMS

Firefox Issue
Do you use Firefox as a web browser? If so, from time to time, you cannot get to your stables, horses and other fun stuff on the site with Firefox.

This is a problem we are actively trying to fix. In the meantime, try to use Internet Explorer or Safari (if you're on a Macintosh) to go to Bellasara.com. That should work just fine for you.

Stable Crash
Did the stables crash when you were caring for your horse?
Sometimes that happens, particularly in the water stable, and only in Internet Explorer. This is a problem with the Flash player, and we are currently talking with Adobe about how to fix it. As soon as we can fix it, we will. Until then, you may just to restart your browser and come back to the stable. It should not happen every time.
